First Immortal of the Sword

Chapter 1851 - Why Not Run?

Boom!

A grand battle broke out. Su Yi leaped through the air, swung his sword, and attacked.

But in the blink of an eye, he was sent flying back.

The gap in strength was just too enormous. Both Gu Yunchan and Qing Wu were divine children. The former was one of the Ten Great Yao Sovereigns of the God Domain, while the latter was just one step away from achieving divinity. All she needed was the right opportunity.

Now, the two of them had joined forces. It was easy to imagine how terrifying they were. Not even those old-timers of the Great Profound Stage would have been able to take them on, let alone an Immortal King!

Whoosh!

They gave Su Yi no chance to catch his breath. Qing Wu leaped through the air, striking like lightning with tyrannical force, her attacks like a fierce, pelting rain. Every strike was full of the unparalleled divine majesty of the Great Profound Stage.

Su Yi in no way dared to hold back. He poured everything he had into his attacks.

Still, the disparity was obvious. If not for using the Tree of All Worlds to dodge in time, he’d have fallen to their terrifying offensive a long time ago.

Every time Su Yi tried to hide his presence and shift through space, Gu Yunchan effortlessly stopped him. He controlled the power of the divine restriction, and its power blanketed heaven and earth like rain. No matter where Su Yi hid, he was quickly forced out into the open.

Their pincer attack put Su Yi at a complete disadvantage.

“Without Xi Ning, this is all you amount to,” laughed Qing Wu. She was a charming beauty, but her attacks were fierce, and the Ninebend Divine River Chain danced madly through the air like a dragon made of fire, erupting with terrifying, explosive power.

Su Yi couldn’t help but jeer. “You’re so proud of yourself even though I’m just an Immortal King. You really are useless.”
