91: We are just having a Garage Sale

“ Oh please you worry too much about it. “ Izanami said as she waved her hands at Tsunade’s concerns. Although that stuff may be very precious here in Japan they are garbage.

Yes, in this auction Izanami wanted to sell all of the unnecessary stuff stored in their storehouses. Most of the stuff at this auction is mostly failed but effective products.

For example, the jutsu scroll may include a C-rank fire jutsu that allows the user to shape their fire chakra into a phoenix and use it to attack the enemies. But the problem with this jutsu is that the chakra needed for this is too costly.

Since the jutsu just needed some tuning Izanami branded these jutsus failed but still effective. In Japan, there is a whole building full of this stuff.

You see in Japan you get to learn how chakra really works in the human body. And teachers actively encourage students to research this on their own. Due to this more and more research entuastics were born.

And with these people spreading their new findings more and more people gradually began to understand how jutsus work. This led to the school implementing a crazy graduation exam. To successfully graduate one must create their own jutsu.

The jutsu doesn’t need to be offensive. It can even be E rank jutsu that could only be used in household cleaning. In this exam what the examiner would look for is whether the child truly understands how the jutsu works and how creative he can be.

So in the end even if you make a defective jutsu that only you can do you will still pass the exam as you have already met the passing criteria. And for these jutsus the school will take in them for further research and try to modify them further.

And after they are modified and safe for the generous public they are released while the original scrolls are stored in the storehouse as a memento. And gradually a whole building was full of this stuff.

Originally vali was thinking of selling them on the black market since that would be the fastest option to get rid of them. But Izanami thought auctioning them would be even better since that would make earn them more profits.

After discussing this with everyone they finaly decided to auction all of the garbage Japan doesn't need to bring in more space for the new jutsu scrolls. So instead of calling this an auction, it is better to call this a garage sale.

“Arrg whatever if anything happens you gotta do all the cleanup. “ Tsunade said as she gave up thinking of this insanity. She would just get herself drunk and forget about everything.

“ Fugaku it’s nice to see you are here too “ Hiashi greeted Fuguku when he saw him entering the special loungue.

The auction house was made up of three floors. The top floor is for the VIP members so most of the clan elders and patriarchs were gathered here. There are also some private rooms here but those are not something that will used for now. The second floor was for the normal participants so it was just a very wide hall like a theatre. There was a stage and seats for a huge crowd that beginning to get filled. And finaly the ground flow is a lobby.

“It’s nice to see you too Hiashi “ Fugaku greeted him back with a smile. After the incident with Danzo, most of the big clans began to get closer to each other. Especially when Tsunade unlike the Third Hokage didn’t try to firmly keep control over Konoha.

“I see you have brought your family with you tonight, “ Hiashi said as he looked at the rest of Fugaku’s family with the exception of Sasuke.

This lineup is strange as one special invite could only bring in two escorts. So most of the clan leaders brought their treasurer and grand elder with them. This is so that they would be able to make swift decisions immediately if they need to buy a very important item.

“ haha well my son just so happened to receive a special invitation from Lady Izanami so i had the luxury of bringing my family along with me, “ Fugaku said as he tried very hard not to show a proud expression.

He too was surprised when Sasuke came to him bringing another special invitation that he got from Naruto. Apparently, that boy has been giving them away to his friends so they could come and watch the auction with him.

With this spare invitation, he managed to bring his wife and Itachi with him to the auction house. As for Sasuke, he was swiftly taken away by Naruto as soon as he spotted them. According to him, they had a special VIP room just for them.

“I see, “ Hiashi said as he tried his best not to show an envious expression. He wished he could also have another special ticket so he could bring his nephews and daughter. Although this place is not suitable for children Hiashi didn’t think letting them recognize many of the high-level individuals was a bad decision.

‘ Maybe I should let Hinata make friends with Naruto. I did hear they have met once ‘ Hiashi thought but quickly shook her head to dispel that thought. He didn’t want to bring his daughter into this political mess. Especially when his other child is about to be born.

While the two clan leaders were busy socializing with each other the lights in the room began to dim making them look at their surroundings. Then they saw that the lights on the stage had been lit.
