Raising his eyebrows slightly, a trace of satisfaction flashed across Master Magi's eyes. It seemed the initial gamble had paid off.

With a wave of his hand, Master Magi sent the Sacred Crystal from the center of the compass into Blaze Regret's hands.

"How do I use this thing?"

Fascinated by the multicolored glow of the Sacred Crystal, Blaze Regret asked curiously.

"Place it on your spirit portal."

Master Magi's voice echoed. Blaze Regret hesitated for a moment before gently pressing it to his chest. In the next instant, a flash of light appeared, and the Sacred Crystal vanished into thin air.

"Gone... vanished?" Blaze Regret was stunned.

"Feel the changes within your body," Master Magi smiled.

Blaze Regret closed his eyes slightly. The second spirit portal within his body had formed when he broke through to Spirit warrior. It used to be surrounded by flames, but now it felt empty, as if it had no attributes at all.

"Can I now tame spirit beasts of other attributes?" Blaze Regret was overjoyed. He believed that if he could achieve this, he would be the only one on the entire Spirit Beast Continent who could!

"Not yet, but soon," Master Magi said with a grin.

With a push of his hand, the last layer of ice in the tunnel melted away completely, revealing an extremely spacious cave before Blaze Regret. Countless blue bubbles floated in the air, occasionally making soft, cooing sounds.

If one observed closely, they would see that each blue bubble contained a tiny, wriggling figure, looking incredibly cute. If Sky Diana were here, she would probably be overwhelmed with delight.

"Ice Sprites?"

Amidst the many Ice Sprites stood a towering blue ice pillar, roughly ten feet wide. Within it, something seemed to be frozen.

"Master Magi, is this a spirit beast?" Blaze Regret asked in amazement, running over and startling the Ice Sprites into scattering.

"Tsk tsk, no wonder the Ice Lotus Sage went to such lengths to create an ice cave. It turns out it was for this little one," Master Magi said with great interest, smacking his lips.

"You mean this entire ice cave was created by the Ice Lotus Sage?" Blaze Regret exclaimed in astonishment.

"Hehe, never underestimate the capabilities of a Spiritual Sage. For this little one, creating an ice city would be well worth it," Master Magi replied with a chuckle.

With a flick of his sleeve, golden light spread out, and as it touched the ice pillar, an Ice Control Irenix with closed eyes appeared in Blaze Regret's view.

"What is that?" Blaze Regret asked, his heart beating faster. This spirit beast might just accompany him as he grows!

"It's an Ice Control Irenix. The moment it emerges from its chrysalis, it becomes a high level warrior grade spirit beast. Of course, that's not particularly surprising. What's extraordinary is that the Ice Control Irenix has an innate affinity for all forms of ice. In nature, there's a terrifying form of extreme ice that only it can refine," explained Master Magi slowly.

"Extreme ice?" Blaze Regret repeated the unfamiliar term several times.

"Extreme ice is the coldest type of ice on the continent. It can instantly freeze even the hottest flames, let alone other types of spiritual energy. This cold can slow down a Spirit Master's energy flow, temporarily weakening their strength. For those with weaker abilities, it can even freeze their spirit portals directly!"

Beside that,this Ice Control Irenix have a Bloodline of ice Phoenix. It have high chance to evolve to Ice Phoenix.

Master Magi explained with a smile, clearly holding the Ice Control Irenix in high regard.

"Incredible," Blaze Regret said, rubbing his hands in excitement. "I've decided, this will be my second spirit beast!"

In the cold ice cave, Blaze Regret sat cross legged before an ice pillar, his eyes slightly closed. His fair, almost feminine like hand gently pressed against the ice pillar, as pale blue icy energy slowly flowed towards his second spirit portal.

"Crack!"

Master Magi's face was solemn as he clenched his fist, causing the spirit core of the Extreme Ice Eagle to shatter into a cloud of ice powder. The powder then drifted out and merged with the icy energy. In an instant, Blaze Regret's second spirit portal was covered with layers of solid ice.

At this moment, the two spirit gates within Blaze Regret's body were close together: one surrounded by blazing flames, the other frozen solid. At the center of the spirit gates, a radiant sacred crystal shimmered with bright luster.

"Ding!"

The ice pillar disappeared, fully exposing the Ice Control Irenix within. When its pale blue eyes opened, the ice crystals surrounding it collided, emitting a crisp sound.

Only then did Blaze Regret see the true appearance of the Ice Control Irenix. Its large icy wings spread out, and a cold wind instantly swept through the area. Numerous sparkling ice crystals circled its body, looking exceptionally beautiful.

Seeing the ice lotus, the Ice Control Irenix sensed imminent danger and tried to flee. However, a powerful suction force erupted from the center of the ice lotus, pulling it directly inside.
